My name is Wen Hui Guo. I came from Guangzhou, China. Guangzhou is the capital of Canton, just like Albany is the capital of New York State. I speak Cantonese. I have been in America for 9 years. I don’t have a job now. I am a housewife. I have many hobbies. I like reading, cooking. I am married. I have a daughter. She is 8. She likes swimming.I have to study English because without English life is hard here in America. I am taking an English class. I go to school twice a week. Because the school is far from my home, I have to take train. I want my daughter to work hard in school and get good grades. At the weekend, I often take her to the local library to borrow books.
